My wife and I found this drifting iceberg while we were leading a photography group to Scoresby Sound in East Greenland. Here, most of the giant icebergs of the northern hemisphere are born to start their long journey into vastness of the North Atlantic Ocean. It is hard to imagine that only 10% of the icebergs is above water when some icebergs are as tall as 15 story buildings.
Scoresby Sound is the largest fjord system in the world. The Arctic landscape here is nothing less than breathtaking.
