Description
Strong waves are hitting a rocky shore on the east coast of New Zealand’s North Island at sunset. I was driving along the coastal road when the sun suddenly broke through the dark storm clouds. I barely had time to get my camera and tripod out to capture this dramatic scene before the sun disappeared again. Most unique situations in nature only last for a very short time.
